Always have to call this department bcause they neglect ditch canal behind our neighborhood which runs through the city. Weeds get as tall as 5’. There is a code that we citizens must abide by but apparently does not apply to our elected officials. In the past all I got was excuses, are we excused also then? I called cause I wanted to make a formal complain but instead briana (front desk) just wanted to place a work order. *Always make a formal written complaint or they will pull the old “there is no record” card. As a result we have to deal with mosquitoes, snakes and pests in our area. Nevermind our children and our high taxes. Recent call w superviser oliveiro solis yielded no results. When I contacted director Roberto de Leon, I was offered excuse after excuse but no solution. De Leon states it might take up to 9 mths to get to this task.
