Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office at 711 El Cibolo Road, Edinburg, Texas.

This department did a horrible job at conflict resolution. Rather than help a victim of a felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle the deputy informs me it's not really their problem. (Keep on mind I was not the one who contacted the sheriff's office.) Worked to make sure that I knew I had not filled out paperwork properly, and stared at me for 90 seconds before asking "are you done?"

The worst thing you can hear from these deputies is "I'm TRYING to help you" that must be SO code for I'm doing you a favor by being out here talking to a citizen.
